The joint edition of ACS No. 39 and SACSIS 2012 has been resolved.
ACS No. 39 is an issue independent from SACSIS.
Papers that are submitted to ACS No. 39 cannot be submitted to SACSIS 2012, according to the SACSIS's submission rule.
The special edition with SACSIS 2012 is planned in Issue No.40.

After the ACS issue including an accepted paper written in English has been published, the paper is automatically included in IPSJ's on-line journal, called IPSJ Online Transations.
ACS No. 40 is planned to be a special joint edition with SACSIS 2012. Submission deadline of ACS No.40 will be about three weeks later than the notifi cation of SACSIS 2012.
In ACS No.40, the revised submissions of what is accepted for SACSIS 2012 will be reviewed in express way in cooperation with SACSIS 2012 Program Committee.
Revised papers of SACSIS 2012 by following their review results can be submitted to ACS No. 40. Consequently, you can submit a paper of higher quality to ACS than the previous joint editions. We expect that this new policy will shorten the required time in total to be accepted for ACS.
ACS No. 40 accepts ordinary submissions not related to papers accepted for SACSIS 2012.
ACS papers are submitted and reviewed through a WEB-based on-line editing system.
